After your 30 day challenge you beautiful Fearlessly Fit babes should start noticing some differences in your body.  If you're not, there might be a key part of your new lifestyle that you may be missing! That key is WATER! 

Lack of water can cause premature aging, high blood pressure, acne, asthma, allergies, constipation, and/or joint pain! I don't know about you, but those are all things I could live without! 

Did you know that water makes up about 75% of the human body. A majority of Americans don't drink enough water, especially with all the other options out there! Most people might opt for a Pepsi (cough, cough, Alisha!) or a Ski (cough,cough, myself!). A soda can have up to 33 grams of sugar, and can cost you 110 calories of your daily allowance. Water, has no sugar and no calories, duh! Just by skipping a couple of sodas a week can help you lose pounds a year! Water also helps speed up your metabolism, which also helps you lose weight!  

The best way to drink more water is to have a plastic bottle with you during the day, keep one at your desk, or by your nightstand. If you drink more water each day you'll be guaranteed to lose more weight!

Try adding this new tip to your routine, and I bet you'll start feeling better! Make sure to drink during your workouts too! And remember if you are thirsty, chances are you are already dehydrated!
