Gratitude changes things, especially your attitude. I'm always my happiest when i'm thinking less about stressful parts of life and more about all the beautiful reasons I have to be thankful.
The end of the year is busy for everyone, but make sure to take some time to think about all the reasons you have to be happy and joyful this Holiday season.
Easy way to bring that thankful attitude into everyday life? Keep a thankful journal. List making is kind of my thing, I just love it. When I get stressed I whip out my blue journal and write down my top 25 reasons to be thankful that day. It always turns my attitude right around. It's also a much needed reminder to continue that day with gratitude.
